Efficiently generate physiologically relevant human liver organoids across different donor lines with HepatiCult™ Organoid Initiation Medium (OIM) (Human).

Available either individually or as part of HepatiCult™ Organoid Kit (Human), HepatiCult™ OIM can be used to generate hepatic organoids from fresh or cryopreserved human liver tissue. These organoids may then be further expanded and maintained in HepatiCult™ Organoid Growth Medium (Human) and subsequently differentiated with HepatiCult™ Organoid Differentiation Medium (Human) to generate mature organoids that demonstrate hepatic functionality, including CYP3A4 activity.
