Use ImmunoCult™ Mouse B Cell Expansion Kit to provide optimized culture conditions for expanding B cells from mouse splenocytes with high yields. This kit comprises ImmunoCult™-XF B Cell Base Medium and ImmunoCult™ACF Mouse B Cell Expansion Supplement, providing you with a robust and easy-to-use culture system. After just 6 - 9 days in culture, cells can be harvested and used directly in your downstream applications.

This kit is compatible with our other upstream and downstream products. For example, you can isolate B cells with EasySep™ Mouse Pan-B Cell Isolation Kit and expand them immediately using ImmunoCult™ Mouse B Cell Expansion Kit.
