ITS Supplement-A is a medium supplement containing insulin, holo-transferrin (iron-saturated) and selenium in phosphate-buffered saline. It is recommended for use in the in vitro differentiation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells and mouse induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells to neural and pancreatic-like cell types.
