ITS Supplement-B is a medium supplement containing insulin, apo-transferrin (iron-poor), and selenium in phosphate-buffered saline. It is recommended for use in the in vitro differentiation of mouse embryonic stem (ES) cells and mouse induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells to neural cell types.
