Overview

Support the expansion and differentiation of CD34+ hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) isolated from cord blood with StemSpan™ B Cell Differentiation Supplement 1 (20X). This supplement contains a combination of recombinant cytokines and other additives formulated to selectively and efficiently promote the expansion and differentiation of HSPCs to B lymphoid progenitors containing ProB and PreB cells.

For your convenience, this supplement is available either individually or as part of the StemSpan™ B Cell Generation Kit and is intended for use with StemSpan™ Serum-Free Expansion Medium II (SFEM II). Continuing the protocol, StemSpan™ B Cell Differentiation Supplement 2 (20X) provides stimuli to enable further differentiation of B lymphoid progenitor cells to B cell progenitors. Additionally, using StemSpan™ B Cell Differentiation Supplement 3 (20X) in tandem with StemSpan™ B Cell Differentiation Supplement 4 (20X) selectively differentiates the B cell progenitors to B cells and antibody-secreting cells.
