Overview

The EasySep™ Direct HLA T Cell Isolation Kit can be used to isolate highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood, buffy coat, spleen, or lymph nodes by immunomagnetic negative selection.

This kit targets non-T cells for removal with antibodies recognizing specific surface markers. Unwanted cells are labeled with antibodies and EasySep™ Direct RapidSpheres™, and separated using an EasySep™ magnet. Desired cells are simply collected into a new tube and can directly be used for downstream applications such as flow cytometry crossmatch.

Please Note: In light of the new EU Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR) of the European Parliament and of the Council on in vitro diagnostic medical devices, which became effective in 2022, STEMCELL deregistered and removed the CE IVD claims associated with these products, and they are now labeled “For Research Use Only”.
