EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II

Immunomagnetic positive selection cell isolation kit

Product description Order information Resources Panel

Overview

The EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 and CD66b antigens are expressed on myeloid progenitors monocytes and granulocytes.

This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18653) for even faster cell isolations.
