Overview

Isolate highly purified mouse CD4+CD25+ regularoty T cells (Tregs) from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspension samples with ease, using a simple, two-step procedure of immunomagnetic negative selection followed by positive selection with the EasySep™ Mouse CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cell Isolation Kit II. Widely used in published research for more than 20 years, EasySep™ combines the specificity of monoclonal antibodies with the simplicity of a column-free magnetic system.

In this EasySep™ cell isolation procedure, CD4+ T cells are first enriched by negative selection using the EasySep™ Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Cocktail. CD25+ cells are then positively selected from the pre-enriched cells using EasySep™ Mouse CD25 Regulatory T Cell Positive Selection Cocktail. Following magnetic cell isolation, the desired CD4+CD25+ Tregs are ready for downstream applications such as flow cytometry, culture, DNA/RNA extraction.
