Diseased Human Bronchial Smooth Muscle Cells (D-BSMC) are also available from donors diagnosed with asthma, COPD and cystic fibrosis. Detailed donor information for thesecells can be obtained by contacting our scientific support team.

Cryopreserved Clonetics™ Human Bronchial Smooth Muscle cells are guaranteed through 15 population doublings and to stain positive foralpha smooth muscle actin and negative for von Willebrand Factor VIII.All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donorsand/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis is provided for each cell lot purchased.
