A consistent and robust source of pooled donor human hepatocytes is important for DMPK studies. With our new proprietary algorithm we are able to predict yield, viability, and functional phenotype of DonorPlex™ Human Hepatocytes which in turn will support more consistent results in your DMPK. Each batch of pooled 20-donor, mixed gender human hepatocytes is characterized for viable yield, and CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2E1, CYP3A4, UGT, SULT, OAT1B1/3, OCT, and NTCP activities.
With our large inventory of single donor human hepatocyte lots, and using our proprietary algorithm to predict phenotype, we can also custom produce a pooled donor hepatocyte batch with the phenotype to fit your needs.
The DonorPlex™ Hepatocytes – Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are ideally suited for short-term (<4hrs) in vitro drug clearance assays. The Suspension Qualified hepatocytes are not suitable for applications that require hepatocytes cultured in adhered monolayer.
