Animal Cryopreserved Hepatocyte Thawing Medium is supplied ready to use in 50mL conical tubes. Medium is a general thawing medium for primary hepatocytes from multiple animal species to ensure high viability and yield is maintained during reanimation from cryopreservation. For rat, mouse, and monkey hepatocytes, users should us MCRT50 which has been specifically optimized for use with these species. For human hepatocytes, users should use MCHT50 which has specifically optimized for human hepatocytes.
