X-VIVO™ 20 Medium is optimized to support the generation of lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells from monocytedepleted peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) at high density. Initial cell densities between 2.0 – 3.0 × 10⁷ cells/ ml can be used to successfully generate LAK cells. X-VIVO™ 20 Medium may also be used as a growth medium for PBL and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL).

All BioWhittaker™ Cell Culture Media products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not approved for human or veterinary use or for use in clinical or in vitro diagnostic procedures. If you require GMP grade media, contact us for more details.
