Product Overview

The Cell Line Optimization 384-well Nucleofector™ Kit is suited for high-throughput optimization of transfection conditions for primary cell types lacking an Optimized Protocol for the 384-well HT Nucleofector™ System.

Different conditions can easily be tested within one experiment using a 384-well Nucleocuvette™ Plate and our pmaxGFP™ Vector as positive control. Our three Cell Line Nucleofector™ Solutions SE, SF and SG are tested in combination with a pre-selected set of programs plus controls.

Before doing an optimization for your cell type of interest, please check out our knowledge database for availability of a ready-to-use Lonza Optimized Protocol or any existing data.

Benefits

  • High transfection efficiencies for cell lines

  • Automated high-throughput electroporation

  • Convenient and rapid determination of optimal Nucleofection conditions for a broad range of cell lines within one experiment

  • Optimal Nucleofection conditions determined on the 384-well HT Nucleofector™ System are transferable to the 4D-Nucleofector™ System or the 96-well Shuttle™ Add-On

Applications

  • Transfection of low cell numbers in the range of 2 x 104 to 1 x 106 cells

  • Determination of Nucleofection conditions for cell lines lacking an Optimized Protocol for the 384-well HT Nucleofector™ System
